Yesterday at the bus terminal in KK, i was sitting in the bus waiting for it to fill up so that it could leave the terminal and i could go home. While I was waiting, a commotion started in the terminal itself. There were a few (maybe 10 people altogether) girls, aunties, and uncles running away from the terminal in several directions. The crowd of bystanders, bus drivers, and people waiting for their busses (maybe a hundred people) were all just standing around looking at the commotion. I then noticed that the people running had big bags or buckets in their hands. 10 seconds later, a police van came up and two policemen came out of the can. I suspect there was already a plain clothes officer there cuz 1 guy got caught. Only when I saw the guy with a big bucket being brought into the van did I realise that those were the people selling cigarettes and stuff like that in the terminal itself. Wow. So the Police actually Does their checking eh?

KL

i took a bus yesterday to KL…
and it was huge!
i never knew KL was that huge…
no wonder they call it Kampung Likas…
its a whole kampung inside…

and i guess i took the wrong bus…
the new bus system started a year ago…
but i havent tried it, so i didnt know how it worked…
yesterday i took the likas bus, wanting to go home…
but that bus didnt go pass my house and went round and round in kampung likas…
amazing…
i wasted 1 hour in the bus…
but now i learned…

today…
i took a bus from town to putatan…
wanted to get to school…
but i thought i was going to putatan…
that was the problem…
it wasnt a putatan bus..
it went to Kepayan!!
wow…
i was so late that i decided that i didnt need to go into class…
thats how late i was…

oh, but to you (especially females) who hasnt taken the public bus before..
i assure you again..
its totally safe…
the bus drivers are super friendly…
and the people who take the bus are a whole community by themselves…
they just strike a conversation with you, and anyone
even without knowing you…
very friendly and helpful…

just learn from my mistakes,
and ASK the bus driver if he is going your way before entering the bus…
